1. Which WYSIWYG HTML editor does this product use?
   We use TinyMCE by Moxicode. It's a great open source WYSIWYG HTML editor which is extremely stable and reliable. It's cross browser, XHTML compatible and has a whole host of great features. 
   
   
2. Where can I find the user guides?
   You can retrieve the user user guides for the individual applications from the Documentation link on their individual pages on the Crosshair CRM website.
   
   
3. Can I have custom fields like First name, Last name, Address in my subscription forms?
   Yes, Crosshair CRM Email Marketer has the capability of allowing you to create unlimited "Custom fields" including names, addresses, dates and more.
   
   
4. Is it possible to create personalized emails, e.g. 'Dear Mr. NAME' or 'Dear Mrs. NAME'?
   Yes, such personalized emails use what we refer to as "Custom Fields". Custom fields can be created from the Contact List menu and users will be able to enter in data when they subscribe.Once yo ... 
   
   
5. Can I automatically send out emails at some time interval after a user joins my contact list?
   Yes, such automated emails are referred to as Autoresponders. Crosshair CRM Email Marketer allows unlimited autoresponders that can be setup to send emails after a user signs up to the newsletter or any other form. 
   
   
6. Is there a time-limited or other type of trial I can download?
   Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer trial versions. We do however have an online demo, and we offer a 30 day, 100% Money back gaurantee, so if you do have any problems or concerns, these cann all be addressed by our staff
   
   
7. How often are product updates released?
   Product upgrades (which include new features) are generally released every 2-6 months, but casue no interuption of services
   
   
8. Can I have a subscription form on my clients web site?
   Yes and No, Crosshair CRM Email Marketer allows you to have seamless integration with your websites, so you can have subscribe and unsubscribe forms on your clients web sites.  You are not required to have anything other than a simple, copy and paste code on your site.
   
   
9. How many emails can CrossHair Email Marketer send per hour?
   This depends greatly on your program plan. We have conducted several sending tests which averaged 1,000 emails per minute using the cron sending method integrated with all accounts
   
   
10. Can I use CrossHair CRM Email Marketer to manage the email marketing of more than one website?
    Yes you can. There are two ways that you can do this.You can purchase multiple user accounts and then set these users up as your different websites or you can simply create multiple lists, and install a separate form on each site...

    No, all Crosshair's Email Marketing engine is setup and managed on our server, no further requirements are made of you.
    
    
15. Do you offer non-profit or educational organisation discounts?
    We no longer offer educational discounts, however we will consider a non-profit organization discount depending on the organizations line of work.
    
    
16. Can you customize this product for me?
    Unfortunately we do not provide custom development services. 
    
    
17. Do you have any additional methods of payment besides credit card or PayPal?

    No, the Crosshair CRM Email Markleter is completely self contained and require no outside plug-in's or add-ons.
